In response to the development trend of the internet era and to enhance corporate online operations experience, on the afternoon of May 23rd, Xuncheng Technology and Xiamen Jiajinyuan held an online operations private sharing session at the Xuncheng Technology company meeting room. Lao Qiu from Xuncheng Technology and representatives from the operations team, along with representatives from the Xiamen Jiajinyuan operations team, were present. They each shared their teams' experiences and difficulties in online operations and expressed expectations for future cooperation directions.
Lao Qiu first summarized the cooperation between Xuncheng and Jiajinyuan in online operations since January of this year. He stated that in the field of online operations, both Xuncheng and Jiajinyuan are currently in an exploration phase, having achieved certain results but also facing many shortcomings. "Don't worry about losing face, speak freely. Only by identifying problems can we solve them and progress together," Lao Qiu emphasized. At the end of the sharing session, Lao Qiu also detailed Xuncheng's planned operational arrangements for articles, videos, and live streams to the Jiajinyuan team.
The person in charge of operations at Jiajinyuan used WeChat Channels as an example to showcase Jiajinyuan's current achievements in video operations. They shared the "golden three seconds" principle for videos, believing that video content that follows this principle and has some dramatic elements is more favored by viewers. He pointed out that although the Jiajinyuan team has made many attempts in video production, there are still many shortcomings in video data and user profile analysis, such as not knowing how to view data or how to analyze it.
The Xuncheng Technology operations team addressed the confusion of the Jiajinyuan team. They provided an overview of the functions of the WeChat Channels assistant backend menu interface and guided the Jiajinyuan team through the analysis of current video data and user profiles. During the meeting, Xuncheng's operational staff also briefly introduced the three key metrics involved in operations: new user acquisition rate, retention rate, and conversion rate, offering ideas for Jiajinyuan team's future operational direction.
